Food Preserving Classes at the Civic Garden Center

I thought CSA folks might be interested in some of the upcoming classes offered at the Civic Garden Center (on Reading Road in Mt. Auburn). The classes in preserving the harvest, by canning, freezing, drying, pickling, and preserving, might come in particularly handy as the shares continue to grow.
